My co-worker posted a link to this relatively new online magazine this morning. I took a peak to see what it was all about. At first glance I did not get it. Several of the images I had seen on the web at some point . It just seemed like a collection of pretty imagery. I enjoyed browsing though and was not disappointed by any image used in the new issue. I wanted to know what it was all about though.
PILFERED Magazine is a user submitted magazine where art buyers, photographers, artists and designers alike can share their favorite “pilfered” images found on the web. The magazine was created with the intent to help the creative mind and inspire. With the web being a place of excess, Pilfered attempts to streamline ones search for imagery.Content on PILFERED is submitted from around the world and carefully edited by an in-house team, as well as a new monthly guest editor to keep issues cutting edge, fresh and informative.
Contributors will be credited if their submitted images are chosen for a given issue. As the monthly grows, PILFERED’s goal is to provide exposure for photographers, designers and artists alike.

The man looks like a ‘Big Issue’ (Homeless Newspaper) vendor to me.
Whatever his involvement in the protests, and whether he might have died anyway shortly after the incident, but the British Police looks very nasty here.
